Ingredients

2 oz Nock Mezcal Joven
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
8 fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Ice

method of preparation

Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and agave syrup in a shaker. Add tequila and ice, shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
